In the Beginning!

It was a MESS!!!  1909 is the verified year that the main house was built. It’s an awesome Arts N’ Crafts Bungalow that was, of course a residence and actually the home of the Wingfield family, yes the same of the Wingfield Park, who lived here for quite some time.  In the 40’s it became a music store and the owners erected this cinderblock building where the backyard was.  The music store carried on with its new owners, the Maytan brothers, until the early 70’s. Then it became Duke Morin’s Construction until 2014.

We renovated the poop out of it and resurrected her/it back into a music store. Took us 1.5 years every evening after our day jobs and weekends to get her up and running.  And we all love the results!

Had to add in a window. Found out there used to be one close to that area before.
Front lobby,,,about 3 months into the removal/disassembly of Morin Construction and all Duke had in the building for the past 45 years...what a dirty mess!
Keith bringing his expertise to the task of covering the basement stairwell...wow!
Polishing the concrete floors that were a mess from the former business's in there. The boss approves!

You shoulda been here!
